  • Plan, lead, and approve the hiring of restaurant staff to ensure manpower needs are met.
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain good employer–employee relations.
  • Supervise payroll accuracy, benefits, service charges, and incentives.
  • Create and oversee training programs to improve employee skills, service quality, and food safety compliance.
  • Implement performance evaluations and recommend promotions, rewards, or disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Oversee proper maintenance of 201 files and employee records.
  • Advise management on manpower planning, HR budgeting, and retention strategies.
  • Supervise the HR team, guide HR officers/staff, and report directly to top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
