We're looking for an E-Commerce Growth and Coach Specialist to join our Seller Success team. The role focuses on increasing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and optimized product merchandising. If you're data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about e-commerce growth, this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow GMV and revenue on our e-commerce platform
  • Collaborate with Seller Success and Digital Marketing teams on sales strategies
  • Engage with customers and provide personalized product recommendations
  • Optimize product placement, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor KPIs, track GMV performance, and prepare reports and dashboards

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Preferably experienced in e-commerce, sales, or dropshipping operations
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
