Mototrend Enterprise's Inc. is looking for an E-commerce Specialist who will:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms (especially Shopee & Lazada)
  • Monitor stock availability, coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to avoid out-of-stock or overselling issues.
  • Execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and discounts in coordination with marketing.
  • Analyze performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide excellent customer service through online channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce platforms to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute online product launches, including creating promotional content and managing inventory.

Job Requirements:

1)Graduate of Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3) Proven experience in managing online stores or e-commerce accounts, (especially Shopee).

4) Good organization and planning skills.

5) Analytical skills with proficiency in using sales dashboards, reporting tools, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

6) Proven experience in managing online stores or e-commerce accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
