Job description:

We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our Seller Success team. The role focuses on increasing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and optimized product merchandising. If you're data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about e-commerce growth, this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow GMV and revenue on our e-commerce platform
  • Collaborate with Seller Success and Digital Marketing teams on sales strategies
  • Engage with customers and provide personalized product recommendations
  • Optimize product placement, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor KPIs, track GMV performance, and prepare reports and dashboards

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Preferably experienced in e-commerce, sales, or dropshipping operations
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
