E-Commerce Management

  • Analyze online sales data and market trends to develop strategies for growth.

Training and Store Coordination

  • Train and guide store staff on e-commerce procedures, system usage, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular store visits or online training sessions to ensure each branch understands and follows e-commerce standards.
  • Monitor store-level e-commerce operations, including product updates, promotions, and online customer handling.
  • Develop and distribute training materials, manuals, and updates on new e-commerce tools or policies.
  • Provide continuous support to stores in troubleshooting and improving their online selling performance.

Marketing and Operations Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital promotions, campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and messaging across all online platforms.
  • Recommend strategies to increase online visibility, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, including sales metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Suggest process improvements to optimize online and in-store integration.
