About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our dynamic team at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and optimization of our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Based in our Quezon City office, this role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the maintenance and updates of our e-commerce websites and online marketplaces
  2. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and update product information
  3. Process and fulfil customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Liaise with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products
  5. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any issues
  6. Analyze sales data and provide insights to help improve the performance of our online channels
  7. Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and technologies

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or a related field
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
  3. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and data analysis tools
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
  6. Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
