About the Role

We're looking for a Contracting Specialist to support the Road Rebel Europe team. In this role, you'll assist with the contracting process for housing, ground transportation, freight, and charter bookings. Day-to-day tasks include helping collect and organize vendor information, preparing contract documents, and ensuring all contract details are accurate. You'll play a crucial role in keeping projects moving by maintaining clear communication between our internal teams and vendors.

What You'll Do

• Support Road Rebel coordinators, vendors, and clients.
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Translate negotiated concessions into accurate, client-ready contracts.
• Resolve conflicts or impasses with creative, solution-oriented approaches.
• Follow up post-contracting to confirm execution of agreements.
• Manage billing issues and changes as needed.
• Anticipate and resolve issues that could impact deadlines.
• Upsell Road Rebel services by effectively communicating value.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or related field).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in contracting, vendor management, or operations.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to build vendor relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in travel, logistics, or hospitality is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, working hours of 8am-5pm Central European Time (CET)
