Location: Remote

Overview:

We're looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist to design, manage, and optimize automated workflows connecting our CRM, Notion, and other business tools. This is a full-time independent contractor role with an open contract, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Zapier automations (multi-step zaps, webhooks, filters, conditional logic).
  • Manage and optimize workflows and databases in Notion, ensuring seamless integration with external tools.
  • Configure and maintain the company CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable CRM).
  • Identify and automate repetitive business processes across teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation issues to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs into automation solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Zapier and Notion integrations.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and how they connect with other tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using Make (Integromat), n8n, or Workato.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations or light scripting (JavaScript or Python).
  • Knowledge of CRM data hygiene, reporting, and automation best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php90,000.00 per month
