Position Summary
The Outreach & Engagement Specialist is responsible for expanding the brand's visibility and strengthening its presence in the GovCon space. This includes connecting with industry influencers, building partnerships, engaging in online communities, and ensuring our certifications are seen and talked about.
The Specialist is ultimately responsible for growing the brand by creating credibility, expanding our audience, and generating demand for certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Outreach
- Act as a digital publicist — find opportunities for guest appearances (blogs, podcasts, webinars) to promote our certifications.
- Build relationships with GovCon influencers, associations, and media outlets.
- Monitor GovCon community conversations (LinkedIn, industry forums, newsletters) and engage on behalf of the brand.
Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Connect with professionals in the GovCon community and grow meaningful relationships.
- Post thoughtful comments on industry content that provide congratulations, encouragement, or insights.
- Respond to GovCon discussions with a helpful, brand-aligned voice.
- Recognize career milestones and introduce certifications as a resource when appropriate.
- Host or join introductory 30-minute calls with potential partners to explain the brand, answer questions, and explore possibilities (note: this is not a sales position — no selling or closing is expected).
- Explore unique, creative ways to collaborate with partners — whether through co-branding, cross-promotion, shared resources, or other value exchanges. The Outreach Specialist has the flexibility to shape these partnerships based on what makes sense for both sides.
Measurement & Reporting
- Provide a weekly dashboard showing brand growth: new connections, engagement metrics, email sign-ups, and certification completions.
- Recommend adjustments to outreach and engagement strategy based on performance data.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in outreach, publicity, community engagement, or communications (B2B or professional services preferred).
- Excellent English writing and communication skills; able to write professional but conversational LinkedIn comments, outreach messages, and hold clear intro calls.
- Experience building relationships with partners, associations, or influencers.
- Entrepreneurial and partnership mindset — able to spot opportunities and think creatively about structuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Proactive, creative, and self-motivated — comfortable being the voice and presence of the brand online.
- Familiarity with government contracting, professional certification, or training industries is a plus (but not required).
This role is part-time, remote, and open to applicants in the Philippines and Colombia. Candidates must have strong English fluency (spoken and written) and the ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Pay: Php15, Php17,500.00 per month
