About Us

We are a UK-based group of companies spanning construction, electrical services, fabrication, and environmental services. To support our next stage of growth, we're hiring a Marketing Specialist on a project contract to deliver a major upgrade of our digital presence, online campaigns, and marketing systems.

This is a hands-on implementation role with clear, measurable outcomes. You'll be responsible for building and upgrading websites, launching targeted campaigns, and setting up social media and advertising systems so they can be managed in-house long-term.

The Role

Your immediate priority will be:

  • Launching paid campaigns for environmental services.
  • Running a dedicated campaign to promote fabrication services (windows and doors).
  • Upgrading and building multiple websites across the group.

You'll work to a phased project plan with fortnightly deliverables. Payment is made in arrears based on delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Websites
  • Build and update multiple WordPress sites.
  • Revise existing sites for improved design, SEO, and conversion.
  • Align branding and messaging across the group.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns.
  • Install conversion tracking and provide reporting dashboards.
  • Develop templates and systems for ongoing management.
  • Social Media
  • Set up and tidy brand social pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create branded content templates.
  • Deliver a 3-month baseline posting schedule.
  • Campaigns
  • Run a full push campaign for fabrication services (aluminium windows and doors).
  • Support other lead generation initiatives across the group.
  • Handover & Training
  • Document SOPs and workflows.
  • Train internal team members to maintain systems ongoing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and campaign delivery.
  • Strong track record with WordPress (required).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads setup, optimisation, and tracking.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bonus: Graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop).

Deliverables Over 3 Months

  • Fortnight 1–2: Environmental services Ads launched + draft of first website.
  • Fortnight 3–4: First website live + fabrication website revisions + fabrication campaign launched.
  • Fortnight 5–6: Additional websites live + social media setup across all brands.
  • Fortnight 7–8: Remaining websites built + brand site launched.
  • Fortnight 9–12: Campaign optimisation + handover documentation.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Base Pay: Php60, Php85,000.00 per month
