Full Job DescriptionDIRECT HIRINGJOB SUMMARYThe Legal Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves managing the legal team, overseeing legal matters, handling litigation, and working closely with other departments to minimize legal risks and safeguard the organization's interests. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualification StandardsEducation: Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) is required.
Master's degree in law (LLM) or relevant certifications are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position. Experience in corporate law, contract management, and litigation is essential.
