What We Look For

We're hiring a Web Designer & Funnel Specialist to be assigned to our law firm, Bay Legal, PC, to design and optimize websites, funnels, and sales automation systems. This role is perfect for creative professionals with strong technical skills who want to grow in digital marketing and global legal support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and customize WordPress websites.
  • Create and optimize ClickFunnels funnels.
  • Design conversion-focused landing pages with strong UX/UI.
  • Manage tracking pixels and retargeting ads.
  • Set up email automation, drip campaigns, and CRM integrations.
  • Connect payment gateways and scheduling tools.
  • Run A/B tests on pages, headlines, and offers.
  • Apply SEO and analytics for performance tracking.
  • Create graphics and source visuals/images for websites and funnels.
  • Write headlines, CTAs, and short-form copy.
  • Troubleshoot WordPress and ClickFunnels issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress & ClickFunnels.
  • Proven portfolio of funnels and websites.
  • Strong UX/UI design sense and understanding of conversion psychology.
  • Familiarity with tracking pixels, retargeting ads, and CRO tactics.
  • Skilled in SEO, CRO, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to create graphics and select visuals/images aligned with brand goals.
  • Content writing/copywriting experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
