What We Look For

We're hiring Paralegals to support California Family Law and Social Security Disability cases for our firm Bay Legal, PC. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who want to advance their careers in an international legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support California Family Law and Social Security Disability cases.
  • Draft and file legal documents.
  • Manage case files and deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court staff.
  • Ensure compliance with California court rules and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Law or Social Security Disability (California experience preferred).
  • Strong legal writing and research skills, with familiarity in U.S. legal writing format and style.
  • Proficient in Google Docs formatting and document preparation.
  • Skilled in case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time-management skills.
