Job Overview

Winning English Academy is looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, labor compliance, and performance management.

The HR Generalist will play a vital role in ensuring that our workplace remains legally compliant, people-centered, and aligned with the academy's growth goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative precision with employee relations expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes (in compliance with PH labor laws and due process).
  • Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Implement HR programs covering performance evaluation, training, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
  • Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and statutory requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive work culture.
