Duties & Responsibilities
Selection and Hiring
Conducts end-to-end process of recruitment (onboarding to offboarding)
- Ensures completeness of manpower needs at all times and timely onboarding of new hires
- Creates job posts and uses various sourcing tools
- Screens, invites, and conducts initial interview for qualified candidates
- Conducts Background Investigation for candidates that passed the final interview
- Prepares Job Offer Letter and Employee Contract and ensures these documents are duly signed before onboarding process
- Conducts orientation to newly hired employees
- Facilitates 3rd and 5th month evaluation of newly hired employees
- Facilitates, assists, and ensures proper turn-over per departmental exiting employees
Compensation and Benefits
Ensures that compensation and benefits of all employees are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Submits Timekeeping records to HO payroll on-time
- Monitors Insurance-related concerns
- Monitors Attendance-related concerns (e.g. absences, tardiness, and overtime)
- Ensures that exit procedure is being implemented such as timely and proper issuance of final pay and quitclaim to exiting employees
Employee and Labor Relations
Ensures that the company is compliant with labor law
- Ensures that Notice to Explain (NTE) is issued within 48 hours upon receipt of Incident Report (IR)
- Ensures that all incidents or cases for disciplinary action are closed in 20 days or less
- Ensures full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards in the workplace
Organizational Training and Development
Ensures that employee development and welfare are maintained
- Conducts need assessment and program to minimize attrition rate
- Executes all approved employee activities, seminars and trainings
Qualifications
- Has a bachelor's degree in business administration/management major in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist or has exposure with different HR facets including administrative support role
- Has basic knowledge in labor law, standard process and compliance
- Licensed psychometrician is an advantage but not required
- Highly computer literate and is knowledgeable with MS Office and related business or communication tools
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills
