JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment & Onboarding
Oversee and responsible the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation.
Handle attendance monitoring and disciplinary actions if necessary.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Oversee and responsible for payroll processes and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee benefits including leaves and health and accident insurance.
Manage employees timely monthly remittances of contributions and/or loan payments to SSS, HDMF and PHIC.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Proven working experience as HR Supervisor with minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Has basic knowledge of labor laws
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Must have intermediate computer skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing, etc
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
