About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC / Manufacturing Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent within the CNC, engineering, and manufacturing sectors while leveraging platforms such as Bullhorn and CV Library for maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for CNC and manufacturing roles, strong familiarity with candidate sourcing tools, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle while working in a fast-paced environment aligned with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for CNC and manufacturing roles, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Use Bullhorn CRM/ATS to manage candidate pipelines, client interactions, and recruitment workflows effectively.
  • Source high-quality candidates using CV Library and other relevant job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure suitable skill and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records within Bullhorn.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities within the CNC/manufacturing space.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the CNC, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong experience using Bullhorn CRM/ATS and CV Library for candidate sourcing and recruitment management.
  • Knowledge of UK recruitment processes, compliance, and hiring standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working fully remote while aligning with UK time zones.

  • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with other sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed CV.
  • Experience in recruiting for both permanent and contract roles.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, engineering, or manufacturing terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php76,000.00 per month
