Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Create and post clear, engaging job descriptions on various job platforms and media channels.
- Evaluate applicants for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and communicate updates to candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future technical positions.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a recruitment outsourcing or BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, job requirements, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to source candidates using multiple tools and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Has own laptop and can start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
