Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Create and post clear, engaging job descriptions on various job platforms and media channels.
  • Evaluate applicants for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and communicate updates to candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future technical positions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a recruitment outsourcing or BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, job requirements, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to source candidates using multiple tools and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Has own laptop and can start immediately.
