Who are we looking for:

As a Building Admin Supervisor, oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all Alfamart facilities. Ensures that buildings and premises are well-maintained, secure, and comply with safety regulations. Responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing building services, and supervising staff to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment across all Alfamart properties.

  • Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of all Alfamart facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely repairs and facility upkeep.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment breakdowns and ensure facility efficiency.
  • Ensure that all facilities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Monitor building security, including access control systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment, to ensure the safety of employees and assets.
  • Manage utility services (electricity, water, waste management) and monitor consumption to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, building inspections, and facility operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on building conditions, maintenance activities, and budget usage to senior management.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment for employees by overseeing janitorial services, waste disposal, and pest control.
  • Respond to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, or safety hazards, and coordinate immediate repairs.
  • Train and supervise building staff on safety protocols, facility management best practices, and emergency procedures.

What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Facilities, Management, Property Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in building administration, facility management, or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise maintenance teams and service providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle facility issues and emergencies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple buildings, tasks, and priorities.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with contractors, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Willing to be deployed and fulfill duties at our Alfamart Distribution Center located in Mexico, Pampanga
