Position Overview:

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall execution of construction, fabrication, and installation projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves close coordination with Technical Team, Sales and Marketing, Section Leaders, Logistics, QAQC and clients to maintain operational continuity, ensure safety compliance, and uphold Ultimax's commitment to excellent workmanship.

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other engineering-related fields relevant to fabrication and installation projects.
  • Graduates of Technical or Vocational Courses (e.g., Building Construction Technology, Structural Fabrication, or equivalent) may qualify, provided they have:
  • At least five (5) years of relevant site experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or team leader role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management or Construction Supervision
  • Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) (at least 40-hour COSH/BOSH training)

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and site protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php28,000.00 per month
