As a Technical Support for Telco Account, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients within the telecommunications industry. This is a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental, with a relocation package offered.

What you'll be doing

  1. Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to telecommunications products and services
  2. Troubleshooting technical problems and offering solutions to customers
  3. Providing clear and concise explanations of technical concepts to non-technical customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues
  3. Experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  4. Good understanding of telecommunications products, services and technologies
  5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
