Position: Poultry Technical and Sales Specialist

Department: Poultry Grandparent

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon

Job Summary

The Poultry Technical and Sales Specialist will support the Poultry Grandparent operations by providing technical guidance, conducting farm visits, and assisting in product performance monitoring. This role will also help generate sales opportunities by building strong relationships with farmers and partners, guiding them on proper poultry management, and offering solutions that improve productivity and farm outcomes. The position ensures that customer needs are met through technical support, quality service, and consistent follow ups.

Requirements

• Graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Business, or any related course

• Experience in poultry production, technical sales, or animal health is an advantage

• Knowledge in poultry management, biosecurity, and production systems

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to conduct farm visits and provide hands on technical assistance

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret farm data

• Willing to travel to Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to farmers and partners to improve poultry performance and farm results

• Assist the sales team in promoting products and recommending farm solutions based on technical needs

• Prepare reports on field observations, customer concerns, and technical feedback

• Build good working relationships with clients through consistent follow ups and after sales support
