Job Description

The Events and Sales Manager leads the team in developing and managing in-restaurant events and group dining sales. This role focuses on client relationship building, maximizing event revenue, and ensuring every event upholds the exceptional service and brand standards of Antonio's Group of Restaurants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for restaurant events and private bookings
  • Manage client relationships and ensure smooth end-to-end event execution
  • Oversee event planning, team coordination, and service quality
  • Monitor event performance, budgets, and sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Supervise and train the Events and Sales team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel event sales and management
  • Proven leadership and client management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Strong business sense and attention to detail
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
