Job Description
The Events and Sales Coordinator assists in planning, organizing, and managing in-house restaurant events, such as private dining, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. This role ensures that all event details are properly coordinated between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless and memorable experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and bookings for restaurant events and group reservations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and event agreements
- Coordinate with service, kitchen, and admin teams for event requirements
- Manage event timelines, setup details, and client communication before and during the event
- Maintain accurate event records, client databases, and payment tracking
- Support sales initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in events coordination or sales within a restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
