Key responsibilities:

  • Event planning and execution: Develop and implement event strategies, and organize and execute both online and live events.
  • Logistics and coordination: Manage all event-related logistics, such as scripts, props, and schedules, and coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and talent.
  • Budget management: Create and manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Marketing and promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans for events, promote them through various channels, and create marketing materials.
  • Performance analysis: Track event performance, analyze metrics, and create post-event reports to inform future strategies.
  • Administrative tasks: Handle inquiries, prepare contracts, and maintain event-related materials and inventory.
