About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Wong & Bernstein Management Group Inc. Reporting to the Business and Development Manager, this full-time role will be based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. As the Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the execution of our sales and marketing strategies, helping to drive growth and success for our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media management
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Coordinating and participating in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities
  • Maintaining and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Providing support for the sales team, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing and sales initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing assistant role, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and execute innovative marketing solutions
  • Passion for the marketing and sales industry, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
