We seek a capable and reliable Administrative Assistant to manage our office's various administrative and logistical duties. This role requires someone comfortable with physical tasks, including occasional heavy lifting, and holds a valid driver's license for tasks such as buying or picking up supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings.
- Assist with setting up and moving office equipment and furniture.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and well-maintained.
- Drive to purchase or pick up office supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or any 2-year vocational course.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects.
- High level of reliability and professionalism.
- Preferably driving and has an active driver's license.
- Must be willing to travel to Dumaguete City.
