We seek a capable and reliable Administrative Assistant to manage our office's various administrative and logistical duties. This role requires someone comfortable with physical tasks, including occasional heavy lifting, and holds a valid driver's license for tasks such as buying or picking up supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings.
  • Assist with setting up and moving office equipment and furniture.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean and well-maintained.
  • Drive to purchase or pick up office supplies and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or any 2-year vocational course.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Able to lift and move heavy objects.
  • High level of reliability and professionalism.
  • Preferably driving and has an active driver's license.
  • Must be willing to travel to Dumaguete City.
