Job Function

The Office Operations Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role assists in coordinating office activities, maintaining records, handling documents, and supporting staff in various operational and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, memos, and mail).
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and task completion.
  • Help in facilitating office procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Support logistical needs such as arranging office maintenance or deliveries.
  • Provide clerical support
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in office or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
