About the role

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing baked goods to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods to Risla Collection's high standards
  2. Ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation of all baked products
  3. Adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  4. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
  5. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new recipes and product innovations
  6. Maintaining a clean and organised baking station

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a professional Baker or Pastry Chef
  2. Strong baking skills and expertise in a variety of baking techniques
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality baked goods
  4. Good time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Passion for baking and a keen interest in food trends and innovations
  6. Good communication and teamwork skills
