As a Baker, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.,
  • Design, replicate, and decorate pastries and desserts, ensuring high-quality taste, texture, and presentation.,
  • Plan dessert menus and coordinate with the head chef.,
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.,
  • Monitor baking processes to ensure consistency, taste, and appearance.,
  • Manage inventory and control costs by tracking ingredient use and staying within budget.,
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene in the kitchen area.,
  • Train and supervise junior bakers or kitchen assistants.,
  • Stay updated with pastry trends and seasonal products.,
  • Perform other related task and duties assigned by the management.
