The Assistant Manager – Maintenance is responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team in daily operations, overseeing preventive and emergency maintenance, and ensuring machines are properly serviced. The role involves coordinating with other departments to carry out maintenance activities, managing resources and budgets effectively, and performing administrative tasks such as work order management and record-keeping to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained efficiently.
