Location: TeleCure Medical and Diagnostic Center, 221 Tanjeco St., Barangay San Vicente (Poblacion), Malolos City, Bulacan

Type: Full-time

Reports To: IT Manager / COO

Role Overview

As an IT Assistant, you will provide versatile IT support across TeleCure's primary care facilities. This entry-level role combines foundational IT support, network and systems administration, with exposure to emerging digital technologies, including data analytics, live dashboards, website management, cloud computing, and AI/ML concepts. You will ensure that TeleCure's IT infrastructure and digital tools are reliable, secure, and optimized to support patient care and organizational efficiency, while continuously developing your technical skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Help Desk & IT Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues from staff, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager while documenting resolutions.

Network & Systems Administration

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
  • Support server, workstation, and security system configuration under supervision.
  • Help maintain software installations, updates, and basic security patches.
  • Assist in backups and basic disaster recovery processes.

Data Analytics & Dashboard Support

  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards for clinic operations, inventory, and patient services.
  • Help collect, organize, and visualize operational data to support management reporting.
  • Assist in preparing basic analytics under guidance to identify trends and insights.

Website & Digital Presence

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company website for accurate content and functionality.
  • Support integration of dashboards or simple web-based reporting tools.

Cloud, AI, & Emerging Technology Exposure

  • Gain exposure to cloud platforms and basic cloud-based tools for IT and analytics tasks.
  • Support introductory AI/ML tasks, such as data preparation or testing small automation workflows under supervision.
  • Stay informed on new technologies relevant to healthcare IT.

IT Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support requests.
  • Follow organizational IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports on IT operations, network performance, and support tickets.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify IT needs and implement solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development in IT, analytics, cloud computing, and AI.
  • Continuously learn and apply emerging IT skills to support the organization.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake IT-related projects and assignments as directed by management.
  • Provide support for medical missions, mobile clinics, or special events as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Entry-level; internships or academic projects in IT support, web development, or data analytics are advantageous.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud tools, dashboards, and website management. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective staff support.

Personal Attributes: Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn emerging technologies.

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8 hours per day
