General Role Overview

A General Services Assistant supports the real estate company by performing administrative and operational tasks to maintain an efficient working environment and assist the property or office management teams.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Office and Facilities Management
  • Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and supplies.
  • Coordinate with janitorial and maintenance services.
  • Assist with furniture setup, moving items, and small repairs.
  • Administrative Support
  • Handle mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain records or logs (e.g., maintenance requests, supply usage).
  • Logistics and Coordination
  • Arrange meeting rooms for client visits and internal use.
  • Support real estate agents with logistics
  • Coordinate company vehicles or transportation needs, if applicable.
  • Vendor and Service Management
  • Liaise with third-party service providers (cleaning, repair, etc.).
  • Track service schedules and contracts.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance
  • Report safety issues or maintenance concerns.
  • Ensure basic compliance with company policies for office operations.

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of office systems and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist various departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
