Allied Care Experts (ACE) Malolos Doctors, a trusted healthcare institution committed to excellence in patient care and service, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Hospital President and CEO and management team.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure smooth workflow in the executive office.
  • Assist in planning and execution of hospital events, projects, and board meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role (hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and office management systems.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
