At least 2-3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)

Graduate of a bachelor's degree

Certifications in training and development is a plus

Core Domain Knowledge

-Understanding of BFSI products and services

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies

Training Needs Analysis

-Expertise in identifying training needs through various methods

-Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure ROI, and make data-driven improvements

Quality Assurance (QA) & Performance Management

-Understanding of how training impacts quality and performance metrics.

-Ability to work with QA and operations teams to align training with business goals and compliance standard

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Organizational & Time Management

-Exceptional organizational skills, ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
