We are urgently looking for an experienced Training Manager to join a leading BPO account focused on Mortgage and Insurance processes.

Key Details:

  • Salary Budget:
    Up to PHP 110,000 (depending on experience and assessment)
  • Location:
    Alphaland, Makati City
  • Work Arrangement:
    100% On-site
  • Shift:
    Graveyard shift (US hours)
  • Start Date:
    Immediate / ASAP
  • Interview Process:
    Initial Interview → Final Interview + Mandatory Leadership Assessments

What you bring (Must-Have):

  • Bachelor's degree holder (any course)
  • At least 2–3 years experience as Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in a BPO serving Banking/Financial Services (specifically Mortgage and/or Insurance accounts)
  • C1 or higher English proficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong background in adult learning principles, training needs analysis, program evaluation, and ROI measurement
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and stakeholders to drive performance and compliance through training
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Certifications in training & development are a strong advantage
