Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to lead and enhance training programs focused on mortgage and insurance domains within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will involve designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives to drive performance, quality, and compliance. The position requires on-site work in a central business district location in Metro Manila, with a flexible graveyard shift schedule. The target start date is immediate for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis using various methods to identify gaps and develop targeted programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions based on adult learning principles and diverse methodologies.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and stakeholder teams to align training with business goals, performance metrics, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, measure ROI through data-driven evaluations, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Coach and mentor training staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
  • Manage multiple projects in a high-volume setting, leveraging advanced Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent role, with a focus on banking/financial services (insurance and mortgage).
  • C1 or higher English language proficiency.
  • Strong domain knowledge of BFSI products/services.
  • Proven skills in communication, stakeholder management, coaching, organisational planning, and time management.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and performance metrics in a BPO context.
  • Certifications in training and development are highly desirable.
