Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Training Manager located in Metro Manila. The Sales Training Manager will develop and lead sales training programs, train sales personnel, and implement strategies to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing and delivering training sessions, coaching team members, and ensuring effective communication across sales teams. The role is pivotal to fostering growth and driving the success of the organization's sales force.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Trainings, Training & Development, and Training programs
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with teams
  • Proficiency in Coaching methods to support individual and team improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training strategies
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or leadership coaching are a plus
  • Prior experience in sales or sales management is highly beneficial
