About the Role

This role centers on leading enablement teams, strengthening training performance, and partnering with leadership to drive operational excellence. You'll manage people, coach quality, and shape training frameworks in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 2–5 direct reports and a team of 40+ enablement staff
  • Lead quality and performance coaching sessions for assigned call products
  • Maintain, enhance, and adapt the training delivery model
  • Build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Develop complex visuals and decks for leadership review
  • Present effectively to senior leaders in a matrix organization
  • Facilitate engaging meetings and training sessions
  • Apply business understanding to craft effective, scalable solutions

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • At least
    2 years of management experience
  • Hands-on experience in
    training delivery
    and
    adult learning
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working under pressure and flexible hours
  • Experience managing teams in virtual/hybrid setups
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote
  • Basic medical/healthcare domain knowledge
