The Logistics Manager will oversee the end-to-end inbound and outbound operations of multiple warehouses across Mindanao. This role requires strong leadership in managing logistics functions, ensuring efficiency in distribution, and maintaining seamless operations across several distribution centers and multiple SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound processes across all warehouses in Mindanao.
  • Ensure optimal warehouse utilization, distribution efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee multiple warehouses and distribution centers to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.) to support business requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in logistics management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor logistics staff, ensuring performance and capability development.
  • Oversee transportation requirements and coordinate with carriers to optimize routes and costs.
  • Regularly review KPIs and performance reports to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure readiness and operational support for business growth and expansion in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management.
  • Strong background in managing multiple warehouses or distribution centers, ideally within an FMCG company.
  • Proven track record in handling operations with multiple SKUs.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to be based in General Santos with flexibility to travel across Mindanao (Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga
