JOB SUMMARY

The Outbound Inventory Specialist is responsible for preparing, documenting, and dispatching goods in line with sales orders and customer requests. The role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper coordination with warehouse and finance teams, and timely reporting to support smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related course (preferred).
  • With at least 1–2 years of inventory or logistics experience. But Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and manage Goods Issue and Sales Delivery documents.

  2. Prepare goods for dispatch based on delivery orders and sales instructions.

  3. Confirm item codes, quantities, and delivery details before processing.

  4. Coordinate with warehouse staff and inbound inventory for stock availability.

  5. Work with logistics partners to schedule timely deliveries.

  6. Resolve delivery-related issues such as shortages, delays, or discrepancies.

  7. Maintain accurate records in SAP Business One (or other ERP systems).

  8. Prepare monthly reports (Sales Delivery vs. Accounts Receivable).

  9. Participate in cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.

  10. Any other relevant task that may be delegated by the Head.
