Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • A Master's degree (MBA or Supply Chain Management) is an advantage but not required
  • Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) are a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain management
  • Preferably with experience in the manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing logistics teams and operations.
  • For Koronadal City & General Santos City assignment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems, ERP tools, and industry best practices (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Skilled in leadership, team management, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, cost control, and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple logistics sites and ensure efficient, compliant operations.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
