We are looking for a highly skilled Logistics Manager who will oversee the inbound and outbound operations of our warehouses in Mindanao. The role requires a dynamic leader with experience in managing complex logistics functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of all warehouses in Mindanao.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring smooth flow of goods.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels, distribution processes, and warehouse operations across multiple locations.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse teams to achieve performance and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in logistics operations, with proven leadership experience in managing multiple warehouses/distribution centers.
  • Preferably from an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company.
  • Strong background in handling large-scale logistics, multiple SKUs, and high-volume operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to be based in General Santos City and travel to other Mindanao sites when required (e.g., Davao, CDO, Zamboanga).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php170, Php200,000.00 per month
