About the role

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall logistics and technical operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant movement, storage, and handling of goods and materials. This role includes managing daily warehouse and distribution activities, supervising forklift operations, monitoring inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards. The Logistics Supervisor also coordinates with production, procurement, and maintenance teams to optimize logistics processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards in support of plant operations. This full-time position is based in  General Santos City, South Cotabato.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics, warehouse, and material handling operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • Oversee forklift utilization, maintenance, and operator compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • Implement and monitor GMP, 5S, and other housekeeping standards within the logistics and warehouse areas.
  • Track and analyze inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery performance to support production and distribution requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics workflows, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, forklift management, material handling systems, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and 5S implementation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across multiple departments.
