Marketing Support

· Assist in preparing marketing plans

· Create a draft of marketing materials

· Ensure all materials are aligned with marketing branch guidelines and messaging

Research & Analysis

· Support the identification of new market segments

· Conduct and compile targeted research on customer needs, competitive positioning and emerging trends and translate the results into concise summaries, visual presentation or other communications materials as instructed

Campaign Coordination

· Support the execution of branch-level marketing activities, events and sponsorships

· Coordinate with suppliers, printers and creative teams for timely delivery of marketing collateral

Administrative & Documentation

· Organize and maintain marketing files, creative assets and database of references, studies and campaign performance reports

· Manage scheduling, reminders and documentation related to marketing projects

· Prepare minutes, summaries and presentation for marketing meetings

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of work experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); familiarity with Canva or basic graphic tools is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative, proactive, analytical, collaborative and results-oriented
