Responsibilities
- Sales planning: Set sales goals and targets for the region and individual team members

- Sales team management: Recruit, select, and manage staff

- Customer relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Market analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Budgeting: Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses
- Training: Establish training programs for sales representatives
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives
- Representation: Represent the company at regional events and trade shows
