We are looking for a highly driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, develop strategies, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and experienced in managing marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies: Assist to long-term plans to achieve business goals
  • Coordinate with other departments: Work with sales, finance, public relations, and production on the needs of marketing.
  • Create campaigns: Assist in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns and promotions across online and offline platforms.
  • Monitor performance: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collect feedback: Gather customer feedback and use it to improve strategies
  • Maintain brand image: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Prepare reports: Present quarterly and annual reports to management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business administration.
  • At least 3–5 years experience in marketing or similar role
  • Communication: The ability to clearly convey marketing messages to customers and the team.
  • Analytical skills: The ability to evaluate market circumstances, define target demographics, and measure outcomes
  • Creativity: The ability to come up with innovative campaign ideas that connect with the target audience
  • Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions to overcome obstacles
  • Digital marketing skills: The ability to proactively engage in social media and content creation
  • Market research: The ability to conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and identify new market opportunities
