JOB SUMMARY:
Their duties include managing communication, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with various tasks to support staff and management. They often act as a point of contact for internal and external parties, handling correspondence, and coordinating logistics for meetings and travel.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Secretarial Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field or position.
Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and attentive to details.
Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
Deadline oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling and schedule Management: Organizing an executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Communication Management include handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence while serving as the executive's primary point of contact.
Meeting support includes preparing materials, attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Record Keeping and Document Management: The maintenance of electronic and physical files, records, and databases.
Administrative support includes preparing reports, presentations, and other papers, as well as monitoring expenditure reports and office supplies.
Event Planning: Helping to organize and coordinate events, conferences, and other special initiatives.
Confidentiality is treating sensitive and confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
