About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is currently seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity based in Mandaue City, Cebu, providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Contributing to a positive customer experience and promoting customer loyalty
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  3. Adaptability and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with call centre or customer service experience, an advantage
  6. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
