About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team at Atlas Manpower Exponents Company Inc' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position supporting our healthcare account, with the opportunity to complete the hiring process in just one day.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and effectively handling inbound calls
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
  6. Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage customer data and transactions
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others
